We're not a corporation. We're a community.

Acts Care is a registered not-for-profit charity that has been part of the Queensland community for over three decades. We exist to meet people where they are, providing support without judgement and treating every person with the dignity and respect they deserve.

Every dollar goes back into supporting participants and strengthening communities. Our highly trained support staff work alongside a dedicated volunteer team to deliver professional, person-centred care every single day.

About us

Real stories from real families

Hear from the people we support and the partners we work alongside every day.

Acts Care changed our family's life. The support coordination team helped us navigate the NDIS when we felt completely lost. They treated us like family, not a file number.

The support workers genuinely care. My son looks forward to his sessions and has grown so much in confidence. You can tell this organisation puts people before paperwork.

As a support coordinator who refers to Acts Care regularly, I can say their commitment to quality is consistent. They communicate well and always put the participant first.
